In the trade sector, the Company represents leading food companies from Greece and abroad and is active in providing storage, distribution, and marketing services for fresh and frozen foods. It is certified according to ISO 9001 & ISO 22000.
In the catering sector, the Company operates “FRESH CATERING”, where ready meals are prepared daily to cover various social events, gatherings, speeches, conferences, as well as catering for large public and private organizations in the wider area within and outside the prefecture of Fthiotida. The Company also maintains the “GASTRA” workshop, in whose certified laboratories its own handmade traditional products are produced.
CATERING
In the catering sector, GIANNITSIS LOGISTICS operates “FRESH CATERING”, where ready meals are prepared daily with the aim of:
- covering various social events, gatherings, speeches, and conferences in the wider area within and outside the prefecture of Fthiotida
- catering for large public and private organizations
It also maintains the workshop “GASTRA”, in whose exemplary laboratories:
- its own handmade traditional products are produced
- strict hygiene rules are observed, and quality assurance is achieved through the implementation and proper operation of ISO 22000
Giannitsis Logistics is certified according to OHSAS, a standard concerning occupational health and safety, and ISO 14001, according to which an Environmental Management System is implemented.
MASS CATERING
The Company operates in the mass catering sector and has successfully covered various social events repeatedly. The scope of the company’s successful activity also extends to covering all types of banquets, gatherings, speeches, and conferences in the wider area within and outside the Fthiotida prefecture, as well as undertaking the catering for large organizations such as:
- Catering for patients and on-call doctors of Lamia General Hospital for many years.
- Leasing of the restaurant-canteen of Lamia General Hospital with self-service meals, ready meals to serve visitors, doctors, and administrative staff of the hospital.
- Catering for inpatients of Lamia Polyclinic.
