Giannitsis Logistics S.A. maintains “FRESH CATERING”, where ready meals are prepared daily to cover various social events, gatherings, speeches, and conferences in the wider area within and outside the Fthiotida prefecture, as well as undertaking the catering for large public and private organizations. It also operates the “GASTRA” workshop, in whose exemplary facilities its own handmade traditional products are produced. In its workshop facilities, as well as in all storage, handling, and trading areas for the products/meals of “FRESH CATERING” and “GASTRA”, strict hygiene rules are observed, and quality assurance is achieved through the implementation and proper functioning of ISO 22000.

It is also noted that our Company is certified according to OHSAS, a standard concerning occupational health and safety, and according to ISO 14001, under which an Environmental Management System is implemented.
The Company is active and has repeatedly and successfully covered various social events, as well as various sports events by supplying ready meals to canteens and service stands at the venues where the games take place. The scope of the company’s successful activity also extends to covering all types of banquets, gatherings, speeches, and conferences in the wider area within and outside the Fthiotida prefecture, as well as undertaking the catering for large organizations such as:
- Catering for patients and on-call doctors of Lamia General Hospital for many years.
- Leasing of the restaurant-canteen of Lamia General Hospital with self-service meals, ready meals to serve visitors, doctors, and administrative staff of the hospital.
- Catering for inpatients of Lamia Polyclinic.
- Catering for patients at the Trikala Maternity Polyclinic.
- Food distribution within the FEEDING & HEALTHY NUTRITION PROMOTION PROGRAM – NUTRITION: TO PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION STUDENTS OF THE REGION OF CENTRAL GREECE, specifically in schools in areas of Fthiotida, Amfissa, Karpenisi, and Domokos, for the period from March 2016 to the present.
- Supply of ready meals to cover meals at the Social Welfare Center of the Region of Central Greece.
- Supply of canteen and snack bar items to the Domokos Fthiotida detention facility.
- Catering for students of the T.E.I. of Central Greece in Lamia, Amfissa, and Karpenisi.
- Operation of the canteens in the buildings of the T.E.I. OF CENTRAL GREECE in Lamia and Psachna Evia.
- Supply of food for kindergartens in Lamia.
- Catering for students of the Music Gymnasium-Lyceum of Lamia for several years.
